        We have extensive experience in Social Security Disability Law.  If you or someone you know has applied for Social Security disability insurance benefits in New York and has had their application rejected, give us a call. 

        We represent claimants at hearings and in Washington.  If that fails, we can bring an appeal in the federal district court.  We have even appealed cases to the U.S. Court of Appeals.

        There is no initial fee for our representation.  We charge 25% of the past due benefits up to a maximum of $4,000.00.  This money is deducted from the past due benefits of the claimant after we win the case.  If the case is not won, there is not charge for legal fees.
